Westech 2005

 By 2005, the Field Days had grown to a point where the committee employed a full time administrator to assist in organising Westech.  Over 250 exhibitors and thousands of visitors attended the two day event.

The committee is now gearing up for the next Westech in around 12 months time.

Westech 2002

Around 200 exhibitors attended Westech 2002, a far cry from the 60 or so that attended the first Field Days around 10 years before.

Visitors had a great opportunity to see the latest innovations and catch up with friends.

Westech 1999

 The 1999 Field Days saw many behind-the-scenes changes on the committee and in the way the operations were conducted.  Due to the hard work of the committee Westech was experiencing continued growth.

Westech 1996

Westech 1996 was the last to be held with Ken Wilson as president of the committee who, with his wife, left the district to run their own property south west of Bollon.

Westech 1993

Westech 1993 again saw exhibitors and visitors come together in Barcaldine to share ideas and innovations for the man on the land.

Westech 1990

 Due to poor seasons in the region, the Westech that should have been held in 1989 was delayed until 1990.  Join us in sharing some memories from Westech 1990.

Westech Aerial Photos

 Westech has grown quite a bit over the years.  Each year since 1990 we have managed to obtain an aerial photo of the Barcaldine Showgrounds during the event.  See for yourself how much bigger we’ve become with each event.
